Invisible Watermarks provides a digital watermarking service that allows you to:

Upload images and videos
Create invisibly watermarked copies with unique buyer fingerprints
Detect and trace watermarks in leaked content
Manage buyers and track content distribution

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use our service to:

Upload, watermark, or distribute illegal content
Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
Upload content depicting minors in any inappropriate manner
Harass, stalk, or threaten others
Attempt to circumvent our security measures or abuse our systems
Use automated tools to scrape or overload our service
Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

4. Your Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Rights

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to your content. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to the content
Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
You have the right to apply watermarks to the content

4.2 License to Us

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our watermarking service. This license:

Is non-exclusive and revocable
Is limited to technical processing required for the service
Does not transfer ownership or grant us usage rights
Terminates when you delete your content or account

4.3 Our Intellectual Property

Our watermarking technology, algorithms, website, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our service.

5.2 Pro Tier ($9.99/month)

Unlimited images
Unlimited watermarked copies
Priority support
API access
Advanced analytics

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days notice
You can cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the billing period

7. Service Availability & Warranties

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
Warranties regarding watermark detection accuracy (while highly accurate, no system is 100% guaranteed)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
We are not liable for content leaked by third parties or watermark circumvention by sophisticated attackers

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of our service
Your content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in illegal activity
Abuse our service or other users
Fail to pay for a paid subscription

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

11. DMCA & Copyright

Identification of the infringing material

A statement of good faith belief

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service will be:

Subject to binding arbitration if negotiation fails
